Streamed.News is a publishing system built around how editorial work actually happens. Every video goes through three passes: first, the content is broken into segments and mapped structurally; then each segment is scored for relevance and editorial weight; finally, the strongest material is shaped into a proper article — with a lead, a hierarchy, and a point of view. The result reads like a journalist watched your episode twice and took notes. Each paragraph links to the exact timestamp in the video.
The pipeline also handles your full back-catalog. A creator with 100 videos in their library can launch with all 100 articles live on day one. The pipeline runs overnight.

What do I actually need to provide?
Just the YouTube URLs of your published videos — nothing else. No video files, no exports, no uploads. We pull everything we need directly from YouTube. The videos must be publicly published on YouTube; unlisted, private, or platform-exclusive content is not supported through this program. If your situation is different — another platform, an internal archive, raw files — get in touch and we'll discuss what's possible.
What kind of content works best?
Long-form works best — interviews, commentary, analysis, podcasts, tutorials. Videos of 20 minutes or longer give the pipeline enough material to build a meaningful article. Short clips and Reels are excluded from processing.
Will this compete with my YouTube channel?
The opposite. Every article links directly to the moment in your video where the idea was expressed. The newspaper drives viewers to YouTube, not away from it. Readers who find an article discover the video. Viewers who've watched the video can find the specific moment they want to share.
What do I have to do differently?
Nothing. You keep recording exactly the same videos. The pipeline monitors your channel, processes new uploads automatically, and pushes articles to your newspaper as drafts. You review and publish, or let it run fully automated — your choice.
What if I already have a website?
Your newspaper is a standalone publishing site that sits alongside your existing presence — on a subdomain like news.yoursite.com or a path like yoursite.com/articles. It doesn't replace anything you already have. It runs on Ghost, an open-source publishing platform used by outlets like 404 Media, The Browser, and thousands of independent publishers worldwide.
What happens after the 10 founding spots are claimed?
The program closes. New clients pay the standard setup fee (€1,990–4,500) and are not eligible for the rate lock. The monthly retainer pricing stays the same — only setup fees and the price-lock guarantee are founding-only benefits.
Can I see a sample newspaper?
Yes — Streamed.News is a working example of the pipeline in production. It shows the format, the article structure, and how timestamp links work. The content there is used as a demonstration of the system — your publication would be built around your own niche and audience.
What happens to the trial publication after 2 weeks?
The trial runs on a temporary URL we provision (e.g. yourname.streamed.news). It's fully functional and shareable, but it's not on your own domain yet — that happens only if you decide to continue. After 2 weeks you choose: take full ownership and we migrate it to your domain (you subscribe to Ghost.org directly at $25/month and we hand over the keys), move it to your own servers (free, since Ghost is open-source), or walk away — in which case the site is deleted and no data is retained on our end.
Streamed.News is an automated editorial pipeline built and operated by an independent developer based in Spain. The system has been running in production since early 2025, and the founding offer is a limited program to expand to English-language creators in 2026.
